Bangladeshi Students Reject Military Government, Demand Democratic Leadership

In Bangladesh, students have firmly rejected the military-backed government, calling for the establishment of a new democratic administration under the leadership of Nobel laureate Dr. Mohammad Yunus.

The student movement has made it clear that they do not accept the current military-supported government and are demanding a new government framework to be announced within the next 24 hours.

Dr. Yunus, while criticizing the situation, asserted that Bangladesh is now free following the departure of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

In related news, Indian media reports that the ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has sought political asylum in the United Kingdom. Her sister, Sheikh Rehana, who already holds British citizenship, is currently in India with her.
