Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said the present government needs to remain vigilant and alert as the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, led by deposed prime minister Imran Khan, plans its return to power.
He told Geo News that the political activities of PTI were increasing and posing a challenge to national stability.
Sanaullah said that the PTI, after suffering massive setbacks during the past year, is putting in optimum effort to regain its political footing.
He called for the government to stay vigilant and alert over the PTI’s designs and stressed the need for being on the same page to ward off any challenge from the opposition party.
He assured the audience that the present government was highly committed to stability in the country and, along with that, progressing its development agenda.
This comes at a time when Pakistan is in the hotbed of a turbulent political environment while every party is strapping up for upcoming elections.
There is vibrant rejuvenation and strategizing that PTI has undertaken, and it may all impact the political dynamics in times to come.
