In an impressive display of athletic prowess, the United States has topped the medal count at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, securing 79 medals in total. The American team dominated with 21 gold, 30 silver, and 28 bronze medals, showcasing their strength across a range of sports.

Italy is in eighth place with 25 medals, including 9 golds, 10 silvers, and 6 bronzes, thanks to standout performances in track cycling and swimming.

The Netherlands and Germany occupy the ninth and tenth spots, respectively. The Netherlands secured 7 golds, 5 silvers, and 5 bronzes for a total of 17 medals, while Germany earned 7 golds, 5 silvers, and 4 bronzes, totaling 16 medals. Both nations have shown their strength in sports like speed skating and rowing.
